These are the top papers from the 2018 course offerring, they have been published in the state they were submitted by the students. They are the result of student directed inquiry projects on leadership as it relates to nursing and healthcare.
These papers are the students opportunity to explore a topic of their choosing related to Nursing leadership. They submitted topic proposals and rationale for their selection with their identified learning goals and an outline for approval prior to proceeding. Each draft was blind reviewed by two peers and final submissions marked by faculty. The top student papers were selected by faculty, and the selected students were given the opportunity to proceed with the official submission to the Open Journal System.
The final published papers in this collection are the top student submissions and this learning activity was intended to help develop a better overall understanding of the process of publishing work in the Open Journal System as well as strengthen their academic writing. The papers are published in the state they were submitted for grading.
